Beach Trip

Last week in celebration of Jonathan's 28th Birthday we decided to go to Pismo Beach for a few days. My parents joined us and we had a marvelous time of relaxation until Bradley broke out in an awful rash Saturday morning. Needless to say we had a great time minus the sick baby. This was Bradley's first time playing in the sand. He liked digging in it but did not like the feel of it against his skin.

sand.
Papa buried Kaleb in the sand. He thought that
was pretty cool :)

Happy Birthday Grammy!

Yesterday was Grammy Tenny's Birthday.
Papa Jon and Grammy came over for a tri-tip
dinner and for dessert we had the yummy
Honey Bun cake.

Here we are singing Happy Birthday to Grammy!
Sorry Bradley has not pants on...we are in the
potty training phase which equals going to the
bathroom every 30 minutes and it's easier just
to keep the pants off.

Bradley helped lick the candle which meant
that he ended up biting it in half and he learned
wax doesn't taste too good!

Roommates

Now that Bradley is in the process of being potty
trained we decided to move him into Kaleb's room.
I also had a friend that needed the crib right away
so it worked out well for us. Now, we are looking
for some sturdy, wood bunkbeds.

The boys new room with the dresser and
armoire from the nursery set.

For now Kaleb is sleeping on his blow up mattress.
He thinks its fun! Bradley has spent two night
in his new bed and is doing pretty good.

The old nursery now is the play room. I am
working on refinishing my brother's toy box so
we have some storage. We were also going to move
Taylor's TV in here for them but it seems to have
broken (which doesn't bother me too much). I
don't think kids should have TV's in their rooms but
this was a gift from Uncle Larry. I will post more
pics when the room are completely finished. Now,
all I need to do is get Bradley completely potty
trained!

Taylor's 6th Birthday

Taylor had a sleep over this year for her birthday.
Grandma Sharon made the girls cupcakes with
little starburst presents on top.

Chocolate cupcakes with purple frosting per
Taylor's request. Just to let you know Taylor's
new favorite color is purple not pink!

skirts they got for Christmas.

Taylor's Snowman

Taylor had to decorate a snowman over Christmas
break. We took it to Granny's so she could help
us out. Taylor decided she wanted a Princess
snowwomen with red hair. This is what the two
Grandma's and Taylor came up with! Got to love
the red lips :)

Decorating for Christmas 2010

We decorated the house yesterday for Christmas.

Taylor got to put the star on this year. Next
year it's Kaleb's turn :)
