Messy Kids

I promised the kids a piece of baby shower cake
if they were good for their dad last night.
Thanks to Grandma Sharon remembering, I
actually did save them a piece of cake :)
So, after much begging I let the kids eat their
cake for breakfast. This is what I found a
few minutes later...messy hands and faces,
and the only thing missing from the cake was frosting.
And, then I remembered this is why I do not like
to give the kids cake!

Kaleb of course is the messiest! I tell him all the
time that when he is bigger he gets to clean the house
cause I am so tired of cleaning up after his messes!


Taylor of course ate the frosting off the top of the cake
and then found that the middle of the cake had chocolate pudding in it!


They always eat the frosting and leave the best part!
I guess for their birthdays next year I'll just make them
a bowl of frosting!

Church Camp 2009

We just want to thank all of you who supported us
to go to church camp this year. We went the last
weekend of June and we had a blast! Taylor still
asks every once in awhile when we are going back!


Kaleb enjoyed swimming in the pool! It was
hot this year so it felt nice to get in the cool pool!

me of someone....I just can't think who....oh yeah that's
the same face I use to make as a child :) I am sure
there are some of you who remember that face better
than I do!

Our Little Investigator

So, a couple of nights ago...Jonathan was going
through Taylor's pics on her camera. When
he came accross these 3 photos of Kaleb! See the
treadmill is off limits to the kids and if caught on
it they end up getting a spanking. Needless to say
after Jonathan saw the pics and had a good laugh
he had to spank Kaleb! Cause his big sister caught
him on camera :) I am sure if Kaleb had his own
camera...Taylor might be getting in trouble too :)

icecream when she was suppose to be on a diet with

Grandma Withdrawals!

The kids were missing their Grandma Sharon!
It had only been a week since they spent time
with her....but to my kids that's an eternity!
I know that they are lucky to have their Grandma
close enough to come over and play :)
